For every provider we test each tier against your monthly minutes and surface the cheapest one that actually covers you. A $5 plan that runs out halfway through the month is not cheaper than a $22 one.
ElevenLabs Free, Murf Free and Speechify Free do not grant commercial use. With "Commercial use required" checked (the default) they are filtered out, because for a monetised channel they aren't real options.
ElevenLabs' usage-based overage billing is now a legacy feature that new self-serve subscriptions can't enable, and Murf/LOVO minutes simply don't roll over. So going over your quota means moving up a tier — which is what the calculator models.
ElevenLabs changed its quotas in 2026 (Creator is 121,000 credits, Pro is 600,000). A lot of comparison articles still quote the old 100k/500k figures. We re-check the official pages and date-stamp every update.
